This 4 meetings course, virtual or in person, works on the implementation of positive habits in order to improve the overall health of the participant. Sisu coaching believes in disease prevention through the integration of information and education.
The course consists in 4 modules:
Module 1, “ The power the morning”
• What are habits
• *How do we create Habits
• Where am I, where do I go to get,
• *How to get from point A to B
• Why is the change so hard
• How personality influences in the process
• Hands on activities
Module 2, “ EXERCISE AND HEALTH”
• Physiological benefits of regular exercise
• Emotional benefits
• Tools to make exercise a habit
Module 3, “ THE POWER OF OUR THOUGHT AND EMOTIONS”
• What is affirmation?
• How to start?
• The power of visualizations
• How to implement them
• Hands on activities
Module 4, “ WE ARE WHAT WE EAT”
• The impact of food in overall health
• Curative spices
• Curative herbs
• How to read labels
• How to survive hidden ingredients in food labels
• How to shop healthy
The course not only provides a high level of information and education, but shifts the participant to a high, positive energy vibration, which encourages the participant to make steady steps toward a healthy lifestyle.
