This 4 meetings course, virtual or in-person, works on the implementation of positive habits in order to improve the overall health of the participant. Sisu coaching believes in disease prevention through the integration of information and education.
The course consists of 4 modules:

• The power of visualizations
• How to implement them
• Hands on activities
Module 4, “ WE ARE WHAT WE EAT”
• The impact of food in overall health
• Curative spices
• Curative herbs
• How to read labels
• How to survive hidden ingredients in food labels
• How to shop healthy
The course not only provides a high level of information and education but shifts the participant to a high, positive energy vibration, which encourages the participant to make steady steps toward a healthy lifestyle.
